Ingredients


6 pieces ripe table bananas
22 tablespoons refined sugar
8 tablespoons calamansi juice
25 tablespoons orange juice

Materials


Mixing utensils
Cooking utensils
Sterilized jars

Procedure

1. Bananas should be cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a pan, combine the sugar, Calamansi juice, and orange juice.
Stir until all of the sugar has been dissolved.
3. Cook until the mixture reaches the consistency of jam by adding the bananas.
4. Half-seal the jar after pouring the mixture in.
5. For 30 minutes, fill the jar with hot water.
6. Keep the container cool by closing it.
